Diameter 800 granite saw blade for cutting Macheng granite, manufactured by Ezhou Shunjiaxin Technology Co., Ltd. – sharp and chip-free edges.

Project Background

The client is cutting granite slabs at the bottom in Macheng using a mid-cut saw blade with a diameter of 800 mm. Each cut is made at a speed of 1.4cm,, feed rate of 5.7cm/s, and draws approximately 40 amps of current.

Facing challenges

High stone hardness requires blades that are both sharp and durable to meet customer demands.
